Hi, I’m Caitlin.

I am an instructional designer with a background in education and theatre.

I began my career in theatre education with a focus on arts integration and have over 8 years of experience teaching and training. My work as a theatrical director gave me the experience I need to ask the right questions and work well with a team to create a meaningful product.

As an instructional designer, I have worked on a variety of projects from ILT to eLearning. I am well-versed in:
